A strategic location within easy walking distance of the station & the sea, shops, restaurants and the pedestrian area. Lift is a bonus, well equipped kitchen facilities.Luigi is fast to answer messages and gave us some excellent advice on where to eat, etc.

The apartment has been very tastefully renovated but there are a few buts that could easily be improved on. The bathroom is definitely cramped and if you’re anything over 5’7” you’ll need to sit sideways on the loo, as the wash basin is a bit too wide. The buildings opposite are very close and overlook the bedroom, so curtains would provide more privacy, especially when you are undressing. Four of everything (coat hangers, coffee cups, plates, glasses and only two mugs)are really not enough for an apartment that can sleep 4. Perhaps a coat stand or coat hooks in the hallway could be a good solution in an area where the tourist season begins early and often goes well into late autumn.

Un apartamento ideal, muy bien amueblado y decorado y con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y utensilios. Muy bien ubicado, a 5-10 minutos de la estación, del puerto y del centro.

Precio elevado pero puede ser por temporada alta

This is a 10/10 accommodation! You can walk to the train station, the beach and city centre all within a few minutes. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants near by and you are only couple of minues away from the beach boulevard and 10 minute walk away from the ferry port where you can catch ferries to Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Cinque Terre villages. There are grocery shops near by and as a cherry on top a lovely bakery on the corner of the building for your morning focaccia :) The place is very clean and modern, you have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, an air conditioning, a comfy bed and blinders that allow you to darken the rooms for sleeping.

There's hard to think of anything I didn't like. Perhaps there could have been a few more hangers for our clothes. There were only four. But otherwise this was a perfect stay
