Location very good for Rochester amenities, but area quite depressing. Good attention to detail and modern furniture. Clean and well presented.

Noisy neighbours at times, eg slamming doors

Very nice apartment with a very nice landlord . everything went smoothly when you checked in. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The landlord patiently answers all kinds of questions. I hope to move in again in the future.

we thought it was a nice apartment, it was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to the town

double bed upstairs wasn’t very comfortable. Went to hang coat in cupboard in upstairs bedroom and found a bag of dirty linen which in this current climate should have been removed prior to our arrival. Didn’t appreciate phone call after leaving saying we’d broken things when we hadn’t and which were already broken when we arrived plus other issues. From now on when we book anywhere we will be taking photos of everything for our own peace of mind. clearly the property hadn’t been checked properly prior to our arrival otherwise these problems would have been seen.

host couldn’t be more helpful. beautiful apartment. so spacious and airy.. little dusty in some places but over all a stay I’m more than happy with :)

on checking out the cleaner was very abusive and rude.. we asked for late check out as wasn’t able to check in until little later as needed to be cleaned and the cleaner was not happy about this and screamed a load of abuse in my face while attempting to pack our stuff in the car she was following me from the front door to my car park with her child. very aggressive woman… other than that would highly highly recommend Jacqueline and solomon were amazing hosts will deffo return!!
