Wonderful apartment with stunning views over the Danube

The location overall is very wonderful, despite being close to the road. As a photographer, luck smiled on me and early in the morning I photographed the fog on the Danube. It was very beautiful. Despite minor inconveniences, I would gladly return here again. All the days my old mother-in-law enjoyed the views of the Danube, sitting comfortably in a rocking chair.

The noise from the road was a little disturbing at night when you sleep with the windows open. The refrigerator also interfered - at night it made monotonous sounds (clicking) at intervals of 5 minutes. At night I turned off the refrigerator so as not to disturb my sleep.

The apartment is really spacious and bright, the big windows will offer you a beautiful sight on the Danube River. It has air conditioning in both rooms so it was perfect for the sunny weather, the kitchen is well equipped, same as the bathroom. We were able to easily find the block, it has an elevator so no need to go up to the 8th floor using the stairs. We could also easily find a parking lot near the building. Near the property there is a Carrefour Market and we could easily do some shopping for the stay. The landlord was really understanding and he made the most out of it to help us with our requests.

View was nice. Owner was polite.

Expectations and reality was completely different. Apartment was not that clean and perfect like in the photos. I didn’t like the smell there : a mix of cigarettes and mold. The plates was greasy, so we had to wash them first before using. As well as floor, mirrors and windows was quite dirty.
