Hotel Sabareesh Plaza

As a group we stayed in 7 rooms for two days .Those who stayed in Room No.207 suffered a lot with bugs.Kept the keys with the counter and asked them to do something for it before we came back at 9pm.They didn't attend the complaint and we had to suffer the second day also with the bugs.They could have done something for it.

Access to the temple and nearby shopping areas of Madurai

The AIrcon was not very cool despite being in 16 degree.... Not working properly... But it was not hot so we could sleep without hurdles.

Enjoyed stay at Madurai hotel Sabareesh plaza. The hotel is nearer to Western tower of Meenakshi Amman temple and we had good dharsan. The hotel is nearer to Madurai junction. Nice location

Nothing is good in this hotel. Shown photos are totally different from uploaded photos in the site it was stinking in all the rooms bed bugs cockroages was there and when we complained to the management he was so rude he was like if u want tale or get lost that was his answer

Staff behavior very bad North Indian treat very badly

Bedbugs in the room. AC did not work well had to turn on fan...but fan does not have speed control. Manager acted as if he did not have my reservation....also, booking.com fare was higher than site rate
