It was fantastic accommodations, great location and an incredible value

Parking is free but just a small 2-3 min walk if you don’t mind.

Adorable hotel in the perfect location! Room was perfect for our family of four. Highly recommend!

The location was good.

This place calls itself "contactless check in". How very accurate. Upon arrival at the dreary hallway/lobby, we had no contact whatsoever with anyone from the hotel, because there was no one working there. We were not given any instructions how to check in. Upon arrival, we looked for check-in information in the dreary hallway/lobby. Finding none, we made 3 phone calls and left 3 messages to the phone number listed on our Booking.com confirmation and were never called back. We felt abandoned and stranded. It became apparent that we were going to have make other arrangements. After some desperate scrambling, were able to find another place to stay. (The Grand Harbor Inn, which was great.) When we called a different number the next day, we were told that they had tried to contact us to get our credit card information on the day of check-in. They must not have tried very hard, because we never had any contact with them on check-in day. They don't appear to be professional hoteliers. The place is more like an apartment building as opposed to a hotel. If you already have reservations for this place, it might be a good idea to find someplace else to stay.

It took a while to engage the lock App. Realized that my phone number had to had to be a continuous number, no spaces, etc. There is nobody on site to help. Beautiful room!
