La atención es super buena y familiar, remarcando este punto. Las instalaciones por el precio están genial. Dan toalla y cuentan con agua caliente. La ubicación es buena, pero personalmente no le encontré demasiado encanto a la ciudad de Kota Kinabalu.

They are friendly and advice what to do and not. Saw many members happy over there and in hotel can't see the friendship.

It was very good for its price! Staff were exceptionally friendly and give family vibes. Never stayed in a hostel that was so hospitable before.

Maybe the toilets could be a bit better… but it’s not dirty.

everything, I like the position the people working for it and furniture were really good. It was clean. It was a family atmosphere. There was an housekeeper the whole day we had access to the TV and to every kind of services we needed also from the reception.

maybe finding it was not easy because it was like hidden in a mall
