The apartment was great

The stairs! We weren’t aware that 65 year old women would have to pack two 50 lb suitcases up those steep stairs. Just about killed us. And it was dark with no lights on those stairs.

location to the cruise port and also seawall Blvd was great. Quiet neighborhood and just a beautiful area.

Stairs going up to the property were a little steep, but by no means should that deter anyone.

Great location, the layout of the property was perfect for a large family. The host was friendly.

This property needs a deeper clean. There was a good amount of someone elses dark, course, curly hair throughout the property- the towels, the sheets/pillows, the floor, the couch. There was even hair in the fridge and freezer. There were multiple hairballs on the floor and on the couch. It was unfortunate because the property is great and spacious. I don't think the sheets were changed or cleaned before our stay. They were wrinkled and had hair everywhere. The kitchen counters were grimy. There was a layer of dust and hair on almost every surface. We wanted to love the short stay but it was just too unclean to fully relax.

I did not like the plastic liner on the bed. I understand why it's there but most adults no longer wet the bed. I just popped a blanked between it and the sheet and all was good

Lovely, spacious apartment with high sealings. Beds were super comfy and A/C worked well and silent

Wifi could have better range, there is poor to no signal in the bedrooms.

We were a family of 7 spending the night before our cruise. The room was ready on time. Everyone loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom (even the teenagers said it was a very nice place). It was a perfect location as it was less than 2 miles to the ship. The area felt safe as some of the group walked to the neighborhood market. The host was prompt in replying to text or calls.i I would definitely recommend location.

The stairs were a challenge as one person had some mobility issues. We were aware as it was disclosed before booking.

The location is great.

Not clean at all. The bed was pretty nasty. Hair and stains. I moved to another bed and it was slightly better but not much. The bathroom had hair in every corner as well. All of the floors were dirty and looked dirty. Not well maintained.
