Whimsical apartment near downtown Winooski

I'm a travel nurse and my stay was far from pleasant and comfortable. For starters the house is very loud I heard footsteps and movement from someone upstairs for most of my stay. And on my off day the pipes clogged up causing the toilet to overflow. A plumber came and had to drain the septic pipes into the basement of the house while I was there. The whole house smelled of sewage and the plumber also tracked sewage residue through the house. I ended up having to leave the house so the host could come clean up the house and air it out. I decided to stay because it was done in a timely manner and I only had a couple more nights left and the host was only offering to reimburse me for the remainder of my stay. Also while I was there it snowed 4-5 inches and the host failed to shovel the driveway or walkways and he also did not come to put any salt down. All and all it was one of my worst stays I've ever experienced and I do not recommend this property to any one that wants a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

The apartment was well equipped with kitchen, bed and bath facilities, and comfortable. The laundry/drying machine was helpful as well. The location of the apartment, with respect to proximity to Burlington and locations of interest at the region, is very good. The neighborhood within Winooski is nice as well.

The inside of the toilet was a little bit dirty, but maybe because of standing water. There were mosquitos in the apartment that I had to "fight" with, and therefore did not allow myself to open the windows.
