La posizione era buona. I ristoranti erano vicini e per raggiungere il mare non era necessario fare tanta strada. Ci hanno tenuto in custodia il bagaglio per qualche giorno. In generale buona anche la pulizia

Aria condizionata che non funzionava. Si sono dimenticati di mettere il sapone per la doccia nell'apposito contenitore. Alla reception ci sono stati dei problemi con il cambio valuta

просторная комната, чистый душ, всегда есть теплая вода, вежливый ресепшн, в комнате в целом чисто (но как будто не до конца сделали уборку после крайних гостей, т.к. в комнате остался мусор).

при уборке не обновляют питьевую воду, только после того как попросил обновить на ресепшене (я думаю это должно делаться автоматически без запроса)

Excellent hotel in very good location near the World War II Yurt with the Eternal Flame Monument. Central Aktau is very wide. Supermarkets & restaurants nearby. 15 minutes walk from the Caspian Sea. Buffet breakfast with everything you need to start the day. Room, bathroom & shower are spacious. Fridge. Two bottles of water, kettle, tea & coffee. I asked for laundry service paying extra (I don't remember how much it costs, but it was reasonable). Staff was great, friendly & helpful asked for bike to hire and although they do not have this service, the hotel manager contacted a friend with a bike for rent. Aktau is a very "cycleable" city.

Everything was good. The only thing was that the bike I hired did not have a lock, although Aktau is a very safe city & nobody is going to steal the bike,. However, it's not Dostyk responsibility as officially does not rent bikes...
