Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum, blisko restauracji. Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem, mogliśmy zostawić swoje bagaże i zameldować się wcześniej. :) w apartamencie wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Polecam ;)

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. The apartment was advertised as having a reception service available at check-in, yet when we arrived, within the advertside time, there was no one present and no way to access the property. We were left waiting with no communication or support at the very time we were supposed to check in. To make matters worse, the access codes were not provided until AFTER the official check-in time had already passed, completely undermining any sense of reliability or organisation. Even then, we only received a call addressing the situation nearly two hours later, by which point the lack of communication had already caused significant stress and uncertainty. As a result of this disorganisation, my colleague and I were forced to urgently find alternative accommodation, concerned that we might not secure a place to stay for the night at all. This was not just inconvenient—it was completely unacceptable. Despite never accessing or using the apartment and efforts to find a comprimise, we were still fully charged for TWO rooms, that we never entered, which feels both unfair and unjustified given the circumstances. The failure to provide timely access and basic communication meant the rooms that were paid for were never actually used. Overall, this experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability. I would not recommend this property based on how poorly this situation was handled, indeed, I would suggest you avoid this experiance at all costs and find a much more professional customer experience.
