Good location friendly host

The property was dirty the toilet seat was missing enamel and the shower was old and dirty. The flush on the toilet did not work. The walls are paper thin and the other guests were so loud. Even after I asked the manager to tell them to be quiet they maintained their conversation and left the tv or radio on for an hour. I could not sleep. Again in the morning people were standing outside our bedroom and chatting loudly. Even after we asked them to be quiet they continuedZ I was not able to complain directly to the manager in the morning at checkout as he was not there.

Não havia ventilador no quarto (ar nem pensar) tivemos sorte pois não estava calor à noite. Não fizeram reposição de papel higienico no banheiro compartilhado no segundo dia já não havvia papel e como chegavamos muito tarde na segunda noite tivemos que nos virar.

The address was wrong so I couldnt find the place. I was going for a late check in. With no battery in my phone, I had to rely on that wich was saved on my friend's phone. After asking to people on the properties close to this adress, no one knew where it was. I tought I was scammed and had to head back to Lisbon. This was when I charged my phone and tried to contact booking and call the property but it was already about 2:00 am so they had check in closed. No refund yet.

Uma das janelas do nosso quarto tinha apenas o estore, faltava a janela!!! Qualquer pessoa podia abrir o estore com a mão e entrar no quarto. Estava uma noite de muito vento e o vento entrava facilmente no quarto. Ligamos para arranjarem outra solução, que era impossível dormir ali. Ficaram de ir resolver o problema, mas não apareceu ninguem. So me ligaram no dia seguinte pois enviei sms a dizer que iria reportar o alojamento às autoridades competentes

-A cama era confortável -zona calma -quarto acolhedor e bonito

-uma das janelas do quarto não tinha portas, apenas persiana -não havia secador de cabelo como indica no Booking -o chuveiro dava muito choque e a água ia toda para o chão -o frigorífico cheirava muito mal -a porta da casa ficava sempre aberta, apenas tinha chave do portão e do quarto
