Doskonała lokalizacja - blisko atrakcji kulturalnych (Teatr w Lipawie, The Great Amber Hall, Madame Hoyer Museum) oraz restauracji (Hot Potato, Teika, MŌ). Bez problemu z zaparkowaniem. Dosłownie naprzeciw bloku galeria handlowa z marketem RIMI. Mieszkanie czyste i przyjemne. Gospodarz bezproblemowy.
