"A really decent stay in Tulcea"

Quite a nice studio on the 10th floor of an apartment building located well above the city of Tulcea. One of the city's main shopping areas (and a kebab place) is 1 minute away on foot. You'll need to walk a little if you want to eat out. The city center is a while away (20 minutes) on foot, but taxis/Uber/Bolt are really cheap in Tulcea. All in all, a good experience.

Nothing to complain about. The views were not that great, but you can see the sunrise every day (when it's not cloudy)

Nice studio in an apartment buidling in Tulcea. The bed is a sofa bed which slept reasonably well. Well-equipped kitchen. Good airconditioning. Parking spot in front of the building. Very helpful host. There was a problem with the WiFi when we arrived, but he found a quick solution.

The apartment is located in the periphery of Tulcea and is not within walking distance of the harbour for Danube delta trips and restaurants (~30 minutes walk). However Bolt is quick and not expensive.
