The owner is an amazing lady, very helpful indeed and caring. I cannot fault the accommodation it is a 10.

Great location close to the beach, but also to the center of Anzio. We felt very comfortable in the room and the hosts were super nice! The aircon was a huge bonus!

It was clean and comfortable.

The detergent smell was too strong, and I could not sleep well because of my allergies. However, they used room odours in both the corridor and bathroom, so that’s something.

Everything met my expectations

Great location close to the beach, city center, but quiet. Very clean room and bathroom. Not hot as there is air conditioning and the windows are covered with roll downs. Comfortable enough.

In the guest house, most rooms do not have a dining area or even a Electric kettle. We arrived quite late from the airport and wanted to have at least tea, but it didn't work out. We are sure that adding just a kettle for warm water to the rooms would be a wonderful compliment to guests from the road. Especially if you are staying for a few days.

The room was nice. We had a balcony and a tub in the bathroom. The parking was free. The host was very kind.

Location is great, it was 7-10 minutes to the beach It was clean

We did not know that we have to pay for to use the kitchen, but the owner was very nice and let us use the the kettle for free
