Už tokią kainą viskas OK, Švaru, automatizuotas patekimas į kambarį, yra būtiniausi daiktai. Nemokamas parkingas. Lokacija toliau nuo centro, bet kad ir vėlai naktį grįžus su dukra iš centro, nebuvo jokio nejaukumo grįžti.
