Ci è piaciuto tutto ma forse è bene sapere che bisogna scendere (e salire) ca 60 scalini per arrivare alla casa.

Forse aggiungerei qualche utensile in più in cucina per preparare la colazione. Ad esempio un pentolino per il latte.

L'appartamento è molto curato e pulitissimo. Il doppio bagno è stata una bella scoperta. La vista è magnifica. La piscina privata sul terrazzo è molto gradevole. L'host ci ha dato informazioni utili sull'isola.

Nulla, segnalo solo che non ci sono market o taverne vicine alla struttura perciò è necessario avere un mezzo di trasporto.

it's a pure perfection. everything was amazing, tanja was so sweet, always ready to listen and highly responsive when needed she gave us some really good advices for the best places to eat, the best beaches and everything else. she really took some of her time to make our holidays even better that it could've been. the room was amazing ! there's everything you need, the swimming pool is a treasure, with the amazing view on kyra panagia beach and you can see the most breathtaking sunrise you'll ever see we highly recommend this place and will return for sure, eyes closed :) thank u for everything

The view was perfect however we really couldn't enjoy it in the mornings due to the heat and the sun.

We stayed at this rental for four days and while the location had potential, several issues made the experience disappointing — especially considering the cost of €210 per night (over €840 total) not including taxes and fees. The outdoor area faces directly east, which means it’s flooded with sun from early morning. In the summer heat, it was impossible to sit outside comfortably, and unfortunately, there was no shading whatsoever — no tent, umbrella, pergola, or even a simple sail. This made the outdoor space unusable during the best hours of the day. Inside, things didn’t improve. From the first morning, there was a strong sewer odor coming from the bathroom, which quickly spread to the bedroom. We reported it immediately, but no action was taken. On the fourth day, we were told the smell was due to a bird’s nest in the sewer-which raises the question: why wasn’t this addressed sooner? Even after the problem was detected the room continued to smell during our final night. To make matters worse, no proper bed cover was provided for a chilly evening. When we asked, we received a retro-style blanket that smelled musty and clearly hadn’t been aired out in ages. We ended up using towels to stay warm, since closing the windows wasn’t an option due to the lingering sewer smell. Basic amenities were also lacking. We were given two tiny bottles of shampoo-body wash combo, and when we asked for a refill, we were told it was a “welcome item” and not replenished-even during a multi-day stay. I just want to mention that I explicitly called before to ask whether shampoo and body wash was included since we had to plan it ahead because of airline restrictions for liquids on-board. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor hygiene, and missing essentials made this rental feel far below the standard you'd expect at this price point.

An amazing place to spend your summer vacation! The room was very well designed and decorated with a very fine taste. Really spacious, with large bathrooms in both levels and a kitchenette that had everything we needed. Cleanliness was top class thanks to Lucia who was always there to help us with a big smile! The views are amazing and the location - although remote - proved to be very close the the best villages and beaches in Karpathos.

It would be a straight 10 if we didn’t feel a bit ‘harassed’ to check out earlier than expected (10am) during the last day of our stay. Finally we bargained for 11.00am and this took 2 confirmations that we would not be late…
