The rooms are quite big

The mattress were not much comfortable. The radiator in one of the rooms didn't work. The living room is not as big as the photos show. Very small kitchen.

Close to the family gathering. Bedrooms a good size.

Only one bathroom for 3 families inadequate. Very creaky floorboards throughout upstairs. Very bright, over sensitive reactor lights on landing. Noisy neighbours at 4am!!

Good location. Good host.

Very cost place, clean and well maintained. Most of the time able to park close to the house. Many grocery shops nearby, including a few eateries. Near to Canon Hill Park, great for a morning run.

Property does not live up to the photos. Very basic accommodation, lumpy beds, dirty walls, staircase bannister filthy, stained rugs. Uncomfortable sofa, dented fridge , 'garden' like something from a horror film. I contacted the property upon arrival to tell them about the issues but never received a response.

The bedrooms were all of a good large size.

Only one bathroom in a property that can accommodate for 10+ people. With young children that have only recently been toilet trained, this was difficult and meant a lot of disturbing others in the bathroom. Location did not feel safe. Loud crowds of people until the early hours very close to the property. Walked to a nearby pub/restaurant and lots of stares from people local to the area. Kitchen very small for a house that holds a large amount of people- made to look bigger in the photo.

Large spacious and very clean. Excellent central heating system. Beds were really comfortable
