Lavana Villa Jimbaran

The property is actually very nice; you have everything you need, and under different circumstances, I’d love to stay there.

Unfortunately, our stay was severely impacted by a large construction project next door, which the property owner failed to mention either in the listing or after booking. These were the last days of our holiday, and after traveling for six weeks through Bali, staying in budget accommodations, we were really looking forward to a comfortable and quiet place to relax. Sadly, this was far from the case. As soon as we arrived, we were met with loud construction noise from 8 AM to 5 PM, with dust covering the property and a dirty pool due to the construction. It felt like the workers were right on the property’s walls, making it impossible to relax or sleep in. We specifically booked this accommodation for some peace and quiet, but the noise and dust completely ruined our stay. For these circumstances, the price was not justified at all. While the manager did apologize and made efforts to reduce the noise, including asking the workers to start at 10 AM instead of 8 AM, this didn’t help much. We should have requested a refund and left, but dealing with the situation and finding another place in Uluwatu was exhausting. Despite the manager’s kindness, constant apologies don’t make up for the fact that we paid for an experience that fell far short of our expectations. This situation should have been communicated upfront, as it significantly impacted the quality of our holiday.

It was spacious. Decent location.

The sofa was extremely stained. The pool wasn’t clean. The AC was leaking in the main bedroom. It was impossible to sit outside because there was constantly dirt and debris blowing into the dining area.

The host was absolutely friendly and caring during our whole stay. The villa is so relaxing and well equipped with everything you need. We thought it would be noisy because it's next to a hotel, but not at all. The swimming pool was super clean. We also got toiletries. We spent amazing days here and we would definitely come back.

There is construction work ongoing and they start at 8 am with the drilling. It's not nice to be woken up by that noise. We didn't know this before booking, but this didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. I'd suggest getting a new garbage bin in the bathroom.

This is a small villa with two bedroom. Rooms are completely isolated. A grate option if you travel with kids. You will have your privacy. Nice little pool just in front of your master bedroom. Just next door to the villa there is a hotel Khaiyyara Jimbaran where you can have a breakfast and buy some drinks day and night. Very peaceful and nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Lavana Villa & would happily stay here again! The hosts were excellent at communicating, super friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy (via Whatsapp). The villa itself was gorgeous. A very nice accommodation, well furnished and equipped with everything necessary. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean. The pool was a bit fresh. Villa is in a quieter side street. We were attended by Bian, who was very helpful and very attentive.

Very clean property with crisp water in the pool, just lovely. A quiet spot just off a busy road, good for relaxation time with the family around the pool. We found a couple of nice restaurants just within walking distance, then if needing to venture further grabcab was so easy to use.
