Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra.Cicha spokajna ulica.Sklepy i kawiarnie w poblizu.Czystość w mieszkaniu,2 balkony dobrze wyposazona kuchnia.Wygodne łóżka.Winda mieszkanie znajduje się na 3 piętrze.Warto wracać do mieszkania Uberem dość niskie ceny.

Sofa w salonie powinna być przygotowana do spania .Przy zameldowaniu 5 osob.

pessime le indicazioni dell appartamento: siamo artivati davanti al condominio senza sapere quale dei 20 appartamenti fosse il nostro ! li abbiamo percio' girati tutti fino a che il box delle chiavi non si e' aperto. Abbiamo chiamato piuu' e piu' volteil servizio di assistenza clienti senza ottenere alcuna risposta. il appartamento e' carinoma l condominio sembra l'albergo di shining...

A good appartment on the 3rd floor, easily accessible with elevators. It's not really located in the center however that also means that it is in a quite area which is really good for a good night sleep. A main square is just 500m away and from here you can take buses or tram 28, it also has some nice restaurants and small supermarket. Appartment is nicely equipped with coffee/tea machine, dishwasher, washing machine, good kitchen, big refrigarator. The beds are o.k. and bedrooms can be made quite dark by lowering down shutters.

Upon arrival we could not open the keybox near the door. Afterwards we learned that we received the wrong code. This is a human error and can happen so no hard feelings here. However the fact that nobody could be reached - we tried 3 different tel. nrs and emails - is not a great example of service. Clients should be able to contact somebody, especially if you know that guests will arrive. It was only 17:30 in the afternoon and in the end we had to activate the Booking.com Emergency desk to get a solution. This absolutely deserves attention.

I can't rate this location. I was given a different place because this one was reportedly flooded.. However, the replacement location, Akicity Saldanha White, was full of mold. Even the blankets were moldy. Upon raising concerns to Akicity about the mold and cockroaches, they brought a cockroach spray and then did not respond further. The photos on Booking did not match the actual condition. I do not recommend Akicity as a rental company.

the apartment was close to everything and the check in was easy

it was not perfect cleaned and the bed for the 5th person was not ready.

Había algunas cosas algo rotas, como la puerta de la ducha que no cerraba, la ventana del cuarto donde se oía el aire por la noche hacer ruido o una ventana de la cocina que no cerraba bien
