They don't have dinner facilities, hot water for bath on demand and water in tap had smell. Whole night Dogs barking. No help to bring luggage up or down. Since hotel is on second floor.

Central location ✅ - perfect - safe to walk around the streets. ✅ Hot water ✅ good bathroom ✅ good mattress ✅ Good breakfast ✅ friendly staff ✅ WiFi ✅ We have stayed in many expensive hotels and they don’t always have all these good points! It is basic but it delivers 💯

Sometimes the bed sheets could be whiter / newer !

Not a clean washroom,

The behaviour of the staff was very helpful. Early check-in was available as we had requested and we were also allowed to do 30 mins late check-out. They even helped us by keeping our luggage for 4-5 hours after we checked out. The room size was fine, the bathroom was very clean and well ventilated. hot water was available 24 hrs, The place was very close to the lake pichola and 200 meters away from ambrai ghat where you can have a good refreshing morning or evening walk Also the city palace is 600 m walking distance Breakfast was priced reasonably fine, and bread + masala omelette was good

There was a weird fish like smell in 1 of the rooms Bed pillows could have been more comfortable Not sure if lunch/dinner menu was available as it was not in the room

Very nice property with perfect location..had a great and comfortable stay

1. Hotel is at the main spot (if you are visiting udaipur then keep one thing in mind that your stay must me in hotel adjacent to the Pichola lake only) This hotel is not exactly adjacent to pichola lake water but just in-front of it! so it is fine. 2. This is the very reasonable hotel in that surroundings location if you are visiting in the December last week ( I paid 4K only for room) 3.Hotel doesn’t have restaurants so :- a)There are some other very good hotel ‘Hotel UPRE’ side to this hotel, where you can have dinner at its rooftop restaurant with beautiful night lake view b) ‘Hotel Bluemoon Kinaraz’ another rooftop restaurant near to this. c)’Hotel Amarai’ is the top hotel in this area( but off course subject to your budget you can opt) 4. Staff (Jagdish vyas) is very co-operative, he guided us for udaipur local sightseeing

Do not book ‘Deluxe Room’ its a very basic room,it won’t get hotel feel in this room. its just just like ‘Home stay’ Initially I booked Deluxe room, stayed there for 1 days but not liked so I upgrade to Super deluxe room which is excellent

edback on Premises Experience: Room Allocation: We were informed that when an existing occupant leaves, their room would be provided to us. However, this was not the case during our stay. Bed Condition: We paid for an extra bed, but it was in very poor condition, which affected our comfort. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi service was not working properly during our stay, which was an inconvenience. Towels and Toiletries: The towels and toiletries provided seemed to be only for show. When we asked for extra towels or amenities, we were denied and told that only one set was provided for the duration of our stay. Staffing Issues: There was only one staff member available at the premises, who mentioned that if they were feeling well, they would provide services. If not, no services would be provided. This inconsistency was concerning. Unprofessional Reception Staff: The hotel reception staff were not professional and often gave excuses for why staff members were unavailable, citing illness or leave as reasons. Manipulated Google Reviews: We were asked to leave positive reviews on Google. This raised concerns about the authenticity of the reviews on the site. Room Mobile System Issues: The room mobile was not connected to the reception. We discovered that the mobile system only worked when the reception staff chose to connect it. This caused additional inconvenience. Overall Experience: Our experience was disappointing, and we felt that the stay was not worth the money we spent. The conditions and service were far below expectations, especially for a booking made through Booking.com. Request for Refund: We would appreciate a refund or compensation for the subpar experience and the money we spent.
