"small, no frills place to sleep."

location is not far from Nyali shopping areas and easy access to Mombasa island. beds were comfortable. was acceptable.

the property is in need of some updating. a few maintenance issues. it was quite small for a family of five. the outside area is cramped and a bit like a builders yard. my daughter stepped in dog poo.

"It's a charming small place but not perfect"

We did not eat breakfast & the location is not ideal.

The tight security & the dogs which especially frightened my partner & also bit me once.

Conducive environment and location. Small but nice swimming pool with warm water. Comfortable beds and seats.

The security dogs would limit someone's movement within the compound. However, a guard is on standby to assist in locking the dogs in. It's a tiny inconvenience but important because of security.
