Apartman Ponte Mohito

Even though we only booked about an hour before arrival, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by Damir, our host, and his family.....the property was perfect for us,( though we had 2 spare bedrooms as there was only 2 of us, it would be even better value for a family stay) - we felt like we hit it so lucky, Damir is a warm friendly knowledgeable host with excellent English, who gave us good local advice and spent time helping us plan our onward trip. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from lovely beaches and small bars and a couple of restaurants, though by mid September these were coming to end of season, lovely and quiet but still open, the perfect balance. Punat was perfect for us, not too busy but plenty happening, took a boat trip around the islands (remember, always wear aqua shoes in the water...sea urchins everywhere and spines in your feet are very nasty, we learned our lesson the hard way!!) Highly recommend, we would come back, for sure!!

Sea is really close. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Kind, friendly host.

One of the bedrooms opens from the other bedroom. Sound insulation is insufficient as others have mentioned. No mosquito net on the windows so insects (mosquitoes, spiders, scorpions) can and do get in quite easily.

Great appartement. Wonderful terrasse. Exellent hosts. Ponte Mohito is very spacecious, modern and well equipped with e.g. dishwasher, washing machine and A/C. The terrasse is big and equiped with nice furniture. The appartement is located only a few minutes from beaches - some of them very crowded. We recommend ‘Medane’ far left. The hosts - Katarina and Damir - are very, very friendly and helpful people. Better hosts are hard to find!

We've had a lovely experience at Ponte Mohito. The apartment is spacious, modern and everything was in stellar condition. Some older review had a complaint about the garden chairs not having any cushions...we are happy to report that cushions on the garden chairs are now soft as it gets. Very friendly and helpful hosts. They even lend us a huge umbrella for a rainy night. Thank you for your hospitallity, we will gladly return.
