Everything else was ok.

We never got towels.

The rooms standard size is goos and infrastructure is ok

Services were not up to expectations, used one towels for the whole week, cleaning room every 3 days, no soap, have to buy, breakfast not inclusive

The bed linen was poor looking and the entire room was infested with cockroaches. It was a horrible experience. The roaches kept crawling out of everywhere. I killed over 10 of them while the other managed to run away. I started seeing them shortly after checking in and thought it was just a few but little did I know that more would come. I couldn't sleep. After a few mins of sleep, I would be woken up by roaches climbing my body. I complained to the property owners the next day but their response indicated that they knew about the cockroaches yet gave out the room. They gave a weak explanation and indicated an ongoing fumigation plan after a few guests complained. They also wanted to know if I wanted to extend my stay. Can you imagine the efrontery? On top bad and unhealthy service. Nothing was said about refunding my money or checking about my health. Horrible experience. I would never set foot in that dingy place again.

Good AC, fridge, and kitchen space.

No hot water, slow Wi-Fi, and they don’t accept international cards despite listing it. I was sent a Stripe link for payment, and soon after, there were multiple $4,000+ charge attempts on my card. The card was never lost or used elsewhere. Suspicious.
