Breakfast was in the top class of its type (traditional English breakfast), location was superb with some high quality hotel features such as inside & outside pools and a comfortable lounge. Quite a spacious room.

Curtains were not blackouts or even nearly so, so it was hard to stay asleep in the morning. No lift was seen. There was a genuine old-fashioned air about the hotel which many seniors would appreciate- but not youngsters. It was expensive.
