Viareggio all seasons

Die Vermieter waren unglaublich gastfreundlich. Man konnte sie jederzeit erreichen und jedes noch so kleine Problem wurde sofort behoben. Wir haben auch Informationen zu Ausflügen bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und es war alles da. Küchenutensilien, Duschgel, ausreichend Handtücher. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, aber das Zentrum von Viareggio und der Strand sind in ca 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Mi e' piaciuta l' accoglienza e la gentilezza del proprietario. L' appartamento era molto pulito in zona silenziosa. Unica pecca la mancanza della lavastoviglie e poche lampade sui comodini ( solo sul tavolino fra i due letti singoli ).

Daniele was super receptive and immediately helped us to get settled in the appartment, also helping with locations for food, supermarkt and beach clubs. During the week stay, he asked us if everything was going well and also supported us if anything was needed to continue having a pleasent stay. Everything was sharp and in order. Great appartment and perfect reception from Daniele.

The week we were there was extremelly hot 38 celsius, which we miss an air condittioner. ( All rooms has ventilators, but not airco) The parking on street ( safety was not an issue), but finding a parking was ( most of days we only found around the block parking spots ( 5 min walks) Wifi: Only works on the bedrooms, not on all areas of the appartment ( Wifi is not included on the appartment per booking, although this was a plus sign, not having wifi is strange nowadays)

Gazda super primitoare și foarte serviabila , locația este într-o zona calma, aproape de magazine, plaja la 30 min mers pe jos sau 5 min cu masina, ne-am relaxat cu adevărat. Vom reveni cu siguranta.

Wir hatten eine herzliche Begrüßung in der Wohnung. Bei einem Problem mit der Wohnungstür hat der Gastgeber uns direkt weitergeholfen und einen Schlüsseldienst bezahlt. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had the most unforgettable vacation thanks to this absolutely amazing apartment and its incredible host! Everything was perfectly clean, cozy, and filled with warmth — it truly felt like home from the very first moment. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and we are deeply grateful for such care and hospitality. Every detail was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much — we would love to come back again!

The owner Danielle was really friendly and helpful. The living room is really cool. I would also say that apartment looks even better than in the photos.

It was very spacious apartment that could easily fit 5 people. It had 3 bedrooms and separate living room and kitchen. Unfortunately it doesn't have air con but it was manageable with shutters and fans in every bedroom. Hosts was very informative and met us with keys on arrival. We were provided with maps and all information needed to enjoy holidays in Viareggio.

Furniture in the living room were a bit too big for the space. We felt a bit cramped up when all of us sat in the living room at once. Wifi signal was not very good. Kitchen would benefit with a microwave.
