The appartments are vey comforable. modern, clean.v The commucitation with owner is also very convinient, he reacts very quickly to any questions. The location is perfect, close to the beach and old city.

The property was very modern, clean, and comfortable. It was stocked with everything that you could need on a holiday. I highly recommend this property if you have a car and need somewhere to park it while in Budva. Parking can be hard to come by and have long wait times.

Nothing, it was positive all round and I couldn’t find fault.

Gentle property

- Well equipped apartments (incl. the iron, iron desk, washing machine etc) in the brand-new building. There is a street nearby with pretty busy traffic but the windows have good sound isolation when closed. - Under building parking is equipped with the remote controlled gates. - Old city is just 5 mins by walking. - Small supermarket is 30 mtrs around the corner.

- The place is a little bit uphill compared with a beach line, probably it'll be not a good choice for older people. - The shower cabin has not a shelf for soap/shampoo etc, and it's not convenient. Hopefully the owner will fix this issue. But generally everything was ok. Thanks, Milo! 👍🙂

I definitely recommend these apartments. It has everything you need (washing machine, kitchen appliances and electronics, there is even a curling iron for hair straightening!), a cozy and bright apartment in a quiet area, located five minutes from Morgen beach. If I had any questions, the owner answered instantly!)
