設備很完善，價格合理，員工服務也很熱心友善。靠近購物街鬧區，百貨公司或超級市場也都在附近。車站走過來有地下通道，不怕下雨。頂樓有小花園休閒空間。

距離靜岡駅稍遠一點，不過還走得到就是。
