"Superb"

Comfortable bed. A good range of free toiletries at reception. As previous reviews said, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Very reasonable price. Quiet room.

"A low-key comfortable hotel in the middle of Shizuoka"

The breakfast was very good with local cuisines and ingredients. The location is excellent, just a short underground walk from the JR station. There are many shops and restaurants around. Hotel staff is helpful and professional. Room clean and relatively large. Highly recommended.

Nothing. Will stay here again next time in Shizuoka. The reception is on the top floor - but there is nothing I didn't like.

"Excellent value, great location, great breakfast, totally recommend."

Breakfast was extensive and fresh and great. The room was comfortable in every way. Great shower. The wifi worked great as well.

Nothing in particular, though in the room I had there was no USB hub for charging. Plenty of plug sockets though.

"Close to the train station"

Hotel is newly renovated and just a very short walk from the train station.

The windows could not be opened. The air condition didn't work properly. Thus, I had a very sweaty night because the room was too warm.

"Pretty good!"

It's a nice place for the value, I booked a comfort room and had plenty of space! It's a very convenient location (although I didn't realize it was in such a nightlife area - it wasn't loud, though). The bathrooms were nice, breakfast was pretty good, and the front desk staff were friendly.

It wasn't as clean as I expected - the room was pretty dusty and there were some stains on the bedding - so I felt a little ill at ease. I don't know if I'd stay there again since there are other similarly-priced options.
