I loved how clean it was and I'm planning my next stay soon...

The place was not easy to find,it just needs a board...

The staff was excellent and very friendly.

The location was hard to find because there was no board outside. Furthermore, the was no generator to accommodate loadshedding.

When I booked, the list of facilities was indicated but not all available - On arrival there are no signs to indicate the property and they only answered the phone after a few attempts. They directed me to a gate that was not the actual parking area and I had to exit the property and gain entry from a different street (they seemed confused when I was a bit irritated), there was no coffee or tea available, no wifi offered, images of the property as advertised were not what was experienced, no soap in the bathroom (to their credit they found some hand soap and brought that), no floor mat in the bathroom and a shower curtain that was a bit short so the tiles were extremely slippery when wet, no bedside lamp, room was in fair but poor condition.

Nothing, I couldn't even spend 2 hours there, I had to continue with my trip to Joburg as I couldn't sleep in that place.

No signage, No proper parking, rooms were not cleaned and smells very bad, rooms were not prepared and we had to wait outside while the guy was connecting decoder while the lady was cleaning the toilet room, there was no lights in the toilet. I paid because of the beautiful pictures I saw in the internet and what followed next was a regret but I didn't want to cause drama of demanding my money back, I just continued with my trip @22h00.
