Convenient location, friendly staff.

No AC. Internet was very slow. Shower drainage was clogged.

Simple, clean room.

Cozy hotel 3 minutes from the central bus & marshutka stop! We had the best sleep of our Svaneti adventure here 😴

It was early season so the hotel was very quiet and we had it all to ourselves. Beds were comfy with crisp white sheets and the bathroom tiled and clean. The balcony was an excellent place to enjoy some shade in the heat of the day while clotheslines on the ceiling allowed us to dry the clothes we were able to wash. Location was super handy - just off the main street so out of the line of traffic, but super close to walk to everything.

could have had a second chair on the balcony, but not a huge deal. we pulled one of the ones from the room out to use.

We highly recommend this place! The location is perfect — right by the main street, but set back in a courtyard so it’s very quiet. There’s a beautiful view of the mountains, and the building is new, clean, and the rooms are spacious. A lovely touch is the little corner where you can make tea or coffee whenever you like. The owner is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We had a situation where the shower head broke, and it was replaced within an hour — truly fantastic care for the guests. Thank you so much!

Z nášho pohľadu výborné ubytovanie skoro v úplnom centre. Dostatočne priestorná izba s balkónom. Kúpeľka bola priestorná s veľkým sprchovým kútom. Všade čisto a domáca pani bola veľmi nápomocná. K dispozícií je spoločná ľadnička, rýchlovarná konvica. Isto doporučujeme toto ubytovanie či už lokalitou, priestorom, čistotou a pomerom ceny a kvality. Super! Mestia a Svaneti sú okuzlujúce. :-)

Чистый, опрятный номер с удобствами и красивым видом на сванские башни.

Было тепло, даже немного жарко, поэтому спали при открытых окнах. В целом, это неплохо, но будет здорово, если владельцы смогут починить кран регулировки отопления. Также хотелось бы побольше крючков или вешалок для одежды, но это все поправимо, и совершенно не критично.
