I booked and confirmed the room, I contacted on the property about my arrival time , I reached to Delhi airport and I try to contact on the property and they told me you didn't confirmed the booking and we don't have room for you , on the middle of night they make me very disappointed. Very stupid hotel staff who pick up the phone the. ( The booking itself confirmed for the guarantee I put my credit card as well .

It was good , but I guess price is more , washroom was just okay 👍

Toilet seat was broken and tap was kind of too, it is less spacious plus no toiletories were given

the guys working in the hotel were friendly and helpful

i had some issues with the manager because he insisted i owe hin money, which turned out to be a missunderstanding. while i was there the stairs were repaired to no sign was put so i fell down the stairs. when i wanted to book a cab to the trainstation the manager wanted to charge me Rupees 1500. cost with Uber was 400 in the end. the room has no window, bathroom is poorly airrated and the rooftopterrace advertised with fancy pictures was actually a constructionsite without even light available.
