Very cute little duplex..There were 3 of us and it was just enough space.Very clean and had everything we needed .We ended up ubering to downtown and it was a short trip.The neighborhood was very quiet.

The unit was on the lower level so you did have to walk down some steep steps but we were aware of that going in. The parking was a little bit of a situation. There are 4 spots but suggestion would be maybe label each spot unit A only and unit B only all others will be towed🙂

"I would stay again"

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Steps are a bit steep as stated in review but it’s in Tennessee so to be expected. Handrail was sturdy so wasn’t that difficult

Lightening could be better outside. Didn’t like that the host questioned why I brought fans when they have a wall fan/ac. So I didn’t like the fact I was watched tha close. outside camera not inside (I hope )

Great location, short ride to down town.

Same as the rest being on the lower level you hear a lot from the upstairs, but I was aware of this before I arrived so was not a big deal.

It was clean. Great location for us. Broadway St and Grand Ole Opry.

The only thing we were missing was a few extra hooks for towels and a few more outlets. Not a huge deal. We will stay again when we come back to Nashville

Acs in two rooms

We couldn’t get in right away due to cleaning staff still there . Had to unplug all the air fresheners because they were empty and didn’t want to cause a fire hazard. Floor were sopping wet due to cleaning last minute . Almost fell bringing bags in. Tv glitched a lot. Owner was nice when spoke to about not being able to get in. Place needs a little more attention but location was great.

"Great stay at Cozy Nashville"

The space was perfext for 4 adults! The location was within a short drive or ride to popular attractions in the area. The host communicated well, and the check-in process was a breeze! We would stay here again for the location, price & convenience.

You could hear the people walking around the upstairs unit. It seemed louder than typical. If you are a light sleeper, it would wake you.
