Bellissima home stay tra i campi di canna da zucchero. Camere con bagno (set di cortesia) e aria condizionata. Proprietario molto accogliente che parla bene inglese e ci ha accompagnato nella visita ai templi nella zona. Abbiamo mangiato presso la struttura un ottima cena preparata dalla moglie.

L’homestay est confortable et authentique. Idéalement située. L’accueil est exceptionnel. Nourriture javanaise délicieuse et copieuse. Nous avons bénéficié de l’aide et des connaissances du propriétaire. Il est le meilleur guide possible : passionné, incollable, reconnu de tous (bon anglais). De belles personnes dans un bel endroit.

Eko and his family are very nice! Wonderful welcome. Eko is very helpful. It was very interesting to visit Trowulan with him.

Amazing hospitality from Mr and Mrs Eko, amongst the best we have received anywhere in the word. Beautiful home away from home with extremely tasty meals. Mr Eko’s passion for and deep knowledge on the nearby amazing and under explored Majapahit history means we could not have had a better host from whom to learn about the area.

Staying at this place was an absolutely incredible experience—unlike anything I've ever encountered before. From the moment I arrived, I was treated not just as a guest, but as part of the family. Pak Eko is the heart and soul of this place. He went above and beyond, taking time out of his own schedule to personally show me around historical sites in the area. He did it all out of genuine kindness, and his hospitality was nothing short of extraordinary. Bu Pulong, on the other hand, delighted me with the most amazing meals—true masterpieces of Javanese cuisine. Every dish was made with so much care, and they were easily some of the best meals I've ever had. The level of care, warmth, and generosity here is simply unmatched. You arrive as a stranger, but you leave feeling like family. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s an experience that touches your heart. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Located in a very nice area, amazing meals!!! They offered us dinner as well, and in 20-30mins there was a table full of delicious home made local food waiting for us!

Super friendly host, invited me for dinner and (together with a visiting out-of-town relative) showed me all the important sites of Trowulan, explaining a lot. Really made me feel welcome. Excellent breakfast: sweet rice cakes and several Javanese dishes.

This is a lovely guest house: comfy modern rooms in a beautiful house, very welcoming and knowledgeable hosts, delicious food. A great base to spend a peaceful day or three searching the village back streets for rural beauty, diverse temples, and ancient ruins.
