"Nice hotel, management and service suboptimal."

The breakfast was good but no choice, just a menu of things i mostly didnt have the time and chance to finish. Buffet breakfast would be so much superior. Dinner was very delicious.

The staff wasnt really eager to please, they gave some wrong informations about the state of roads, were unwilling to do a quick google search for me for two simple questions pertaining to my trip onwards, had the sauna switched off already long before closing hours and also refused entry another time because it wasnt clean… i had requested a COOL room because i cant stand overheated rooms, so my room was preheated to 30 degrees when i entered…in summary, service was lazy and not very helpful.
