One thing that really stayed with us was how nicely you took care of the street dogs that were inside the premises. Rest overall experience was great!

The waiting time before the rooms were allotted to us.

The booking was made for our corporate client, and unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, completing a reservation for a single room required multiple phone calls and repeated follow-ups just to obtain the bank details for payment. The entire process took almost half of my day, which is unacceptable for a simple corporate booking. Furthermore, upon the client's check-in, there were no towels in the room. This was brought to the attention of your staff multiple times, as the client had just arrived from travel and needed to freshen up before attending an important meeting. Despite waiting for over 30 minutes, no one responded to the request. Due to the lack of basic hospitality and delayed service, the client became extremely dissatisfied and chose to leave the hotel within an hour of check-in. We had no option but to arrange accommodation at another hotel at the last minute. We did not expect such poor service, especially with regard to basic amenities and guest assistance. This experience has been highly disappointing, and we hope you will take this matter seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.

After cleaning the room staff did not put the hand towels and bath towels. This is very annoying

It was a bit congested seating area. However, we were lucky to get a seat without much waiting time. Taste of the food is very good and varied options right from south to north of India and continental dishes provided was commendable efforts from your side.
