Rooms and Location were good

The behavior of you staff was obnoxious. In hospitality industry if you have staff without empathy its a problem. for wedding in Mangalore had booked 10 rooms in Ginger Mangalore - its wedding party and they said upon checkout you have to pay. As and when guests checked out i was sent a payment link which was a one click process. For ginger Mumbai I had multiple communications with the staff on early checkin- what you could have offered was 1-2 rooms early chechin at a cost. Instead there was a canned response on commercials for early checkin - and when i called the Ginger contact number was asked to talk to the Duty Manager. On Friday I called him thrice and he did not answer. On Sat my first set of guests had to leave their bags and go out as there were no rooms. Second set of guests at 12:30 were kept waiting citing I have not paid. The booknig was through booking.com and I had given them my credit card as surety - so what business did Ginger have in keeping my guests waiting for room. I spoke with Aryan your duty manager - absolutely rude guy and he behaved very high handedly with my new son-in-law - ITs unpardonable. I have decided I wont use Ginger for any of my travel henceforth. You can deal with customers who tolerate rudeness. I wont bet on you guys ever - Very disappointed - being an ex-Tata employee more disappointed. Pls do check the communication and your responses on booking.com Also your ccavenue link did not work - my son in law was told if I dont share screen shot the room assignment will take time. The second link sent by Aryan worked in a jiffy. Guys please put your processes and systems in order. If you have a problem with booking.com - Pls get off that site - dont dupe customers with bad experience. !
