Retreat on Cheltenham

Amazing location, spacious garden that was safe and fun for the kids. The photos don't do it justice.

No communication from the host when asking for help with the living room heating. The bunk beds were very noisy and didn't seem safe with a child underneath. We ended up pulling the bottom mattress on to the floor.

Great family space, easy access to pool, shops, walks.

Maybe a little more kid friendly plates, cups. Scissors in drawer would be handy.

Property is an amazing location. Has plenty of space for large groups travelling together and has play equipment for small children. The added bonus of being able to take your furry friends is nice as well. We loved the fire, the wood that was available, having access to the laundry and the included laundry powder, the little biscuit packets left on each bed was also a lovely touch. It was very homely and welcoming.

The beds. One broke during our stay, leaving my parents on the floor in the middle of the night. What was disappointing about this was the fact that the bed had obviously been repaired in the past, ineffectively.
