The staff were amazing and the hotel manager really understood my medical issues when I was there and nothing was too much trouble. We did have an initial issue with the room we were allocated but they resolved this and went above and beyond anywhere I have ever been before. I would definitely recommend to friends and family or anyone wishing to visiting the area.

The only issue which was totally out of the hotel's control was the building work that was outside our initial room windows so I would check before you go or request a room away from it, however, I am sure this work has almost if not completely finished by now.
