El establecimiento está muy bien, la zona de la piscina y restaurante son todo un lujo. El personal es muy atento, tanto que te preguntan qué es lo que quieres para desayunar al día siguiente, incluso si necesitas algo especial, como por ejemplo la leche. También nos gustó mucho el personal de servicio, te reponen todos los días accesorios de aseo.

Nosotros personalmente no tenemos ningún punto a destacar negativo, pero si que es cierto que su ubicación está en plena zona de fiesta, por lo que si te cuesta dormir.. puede que el alojamiento incomode en este aspecto. Pero insisto, a nosotros no nos molestó durante toda nuestra estancia.

Location, staff. Maria provided excellent hospitality—they were warm, attentive, and made our stay comfortable. Marjorie was very responsive with emails and answered all my questions.

One suggestion for improvement: the ramp is steep, going down to the beach is very slippery and could be a safety concern. It would be much better if it were replaced with stairs or steps.
