Economy Inn Tonawanda

Nothing DONT STAY, I was there for 10 mins and left! I parked in front of my room, 2 mins later a guy pulls up and starts swearing and making threats! He liives in the room next to the one I was given and apparently I parked in a spot to close to the one he wanted, I was scared so I ended up leaving the owner told me there was nothing wrong. There was also no AC so the window had to be opened which made it even scarier with him sitting right outside the window, make threats and calling me a druggie for being there.

Terrible Stay – Would Never Recommend! I stayed at the Economy Inn during my recent trip to Niagara Falls, and it was a huge disappointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves it.

The room was filthy – stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a musty odor that made it hard to breathe. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. The front desk barely acknowledged us and made us feel like we were a bother for checking in. The AC barely worked, and it sounded like a jet engine when it did. Towels were old and scratchy, and there weren’t even enough for two people. It felt unsafe, with shady people hanging around outside and poor lighting at night.

I felt conned with this motel. I booked it in a rush and went by the overall rating without double-checking reviews. On arrival, the place looked dishevelled and the room needed a good clean. It was dusty, dirty and there was a big stain on the blanket. The pillows were awful, so I woke up with neck pain. There were also no lamps. Afterwards I checked the reviews again and saw that there were more than 10 "exceptional" reviews in a short space of time from the same person. They were clearly false reviews to try to improve their rating. Tried to contact booking.com and had no reply on this. Extremely disappointing.

The bed has hair on pillows and sheets the bathroom wall is falling apart
