New Hongdae apartment

The apartment is amazing and in a nice quiet area! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy! The neighborhood is great, plenty of things to do in that area. Also very close to the subway.

Great location (5 min from Metro and next to Hongdae district), tidy and clean, many convenient appliances in the appartment, fast WiFi, easy check-in/check-out

Small towels, lack of TV (unfortunately my Netflix from iPhone did not work properly on projector), lack of any view from the windows (it is located in the basement), lack of ventilation in the shower/WC room

Superb location in walking distance to the Hongdae Red Road Nightlife area and Hapjeong-Station (underground lines 2 and 6) but itself in a quaint neighborhood with small family run restaurants and businesses close by. The apartment itself has modern, practical and very thoughtfully chosen interior with good explanations of all appliances and customs. Due to it being semi-souterrain , it stays cool even when the two air-condition units are switched off. The kitchen and bathroom are very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Compared with other apartments in Seoul, it is quite spacious. We were there with two people, but four would fit nicely without feeling like sardines. The proprietor is very helpful and quick to answer any questions. The conversation was always very enjoyable. We would definitely come back again.

You must know it is semi Souterrain, so do not expect a view from the window. That did not bother us at all, but others might not appreciate it.

We had a very clean and comfort stay in this apartment. Easy access from subway station with host’s guide map, a lot of restaurants are also within walking distance. Even though the bedrooms are very quiet at nights so we really had a good sleep. The strong air conditioning is also a bonus point because the days we visited in Seoul were really hot! Highly recommended!
