the owner was very helpful the lounge is really lovely lovely quiet street

The property was fine in general however a few points to note: some of the windows don't close properly and were insecure there were only two mugs in the property and there were three of us there the microwave didn't work properly (unless I wasn't switching it on properly) the water pressure is very low There is a small leak under the kitchen sink with a mop bucket under it The washing machine smells very fusty I am aware that the owner of the property has only just bought it and is probably in the process of sorting things out. We had an issue with the electric meter whilst at the house and Steven was very helpful and apologetic - he sorted the issue out very quickly.

Fab location close to all facilities and museums. Tesco, Lidl and Asda nearby Comfortable beds with nice clean linen Lovely lounge with comfortable sofas Generally clean Free parking

Kitchen smelt of damp especially cupboards Dish washer was dirty so didn’t feel happy using, same with washing machine Microwave didn’t heat up Only 2 cups for 4 people Could do with a little update

Great location with good bus links to City. Quiet street with easy parking. Comfy beds. Good living room and house was cosy.

Biggest problem was there was nowhere to sit to eat. Back yard could have been a lovely place to sit but was not tidy. No shower products etc provided Cupboard in bedroom was full of stuff. Just did not feel it was ready for letting but has great potential. Area at front of house needs cleaning.

Location was the only good thing about it being close to town

Everything. Night 1 didn't receive the code for the keys until 11:30 at night. Had to get a spare key from the neighbour for entry. Throughout the stay there was no heating for the house or water. We didn't receive instructions for sorting the hearing until AFTER we had checked out. Cleanliness was a issue. Dirt and dust covered all surfaces. The bedsheets seemed like they hadn't been washed and there was blood on one of the duvets

Very nice cozy home, with 2 bedrooms and backyard space. Kitchen was well kept. The host was so wonderful helped us with travel information too. Really friendly and considerate.
