Isaiya Boutique Hotel

Stunning little hotel in the perfect location. The rooms were clean, big and super comfy. Quiet location close to plenty of great cafes and bars in Pererenan. We will definitely be back!

We loved the location, the furnishings and the ambience of the property. The gardens were peaceful looking over the rice paddies, they could be spectacular if maintained property.We disliked the lack of management and the fact that we could not find the staff. There was never anyone on duty when we returned after dinner we were greeted by barking dogs. We could never find any staff to buy drinks but eventually realised they could be found sleeping/ resting in the back shed. Another day around the pool I saw a staff member disappear behind the palms near the fence and I could hear him on his phone , he rested there for more than an hour only resurfacing with a sickle in his hand when he thought someone was there(no cutting had taken place ) I also saw this behaviour on another day as well. The pool was full of bugs,insects, twigs, leaves etc and I only saw the pool scoped briefly on one day out of 7. The dogs pooed on the lawns and it was not picked up for days. The grass was so long it was difficult to see it.Our toilet would not refill we decided to constantly lift the lid of the cistern so it could refill as the staff had told our neighbour who had the same problem that they couldn’t fix it.There was a definite lack of management, we were given a number to ring if we had a problem which we didn’t bother to do.This could be a beautiful property but the staff were not doing their job properly in maintaining the property when we stayed there.

So unprofessional irresponsible I am still waiting for a refund from them and nothing There was work going on through my stay too noisy i had to leave an book another hotel

Perfect location, peaceful, clean. It had all the comforts we needed.

The garden, pool and outdoor lounge areas were amazing overlooking the rice field, and private/ quiet distanced from the road/traffic.The gardens are especially beautifully maintained by the staff. The property is well located for cafes and restaurants, pharmacy and beauty spa, and a short walk to the beach. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Wifi was good throughout the property.

The rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear- door sticking, paint peeling and bathroom sink, bath showing wear in areas.

The bathroom smells bad

The location is excellent. Walking distance to beach and plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Pool area is gorgeous and so, so quiet. Staff were always polite, very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is not separate to the bedroom. I didn't do much research so it could state this at the time of booking. Just something to note.
