Need to remove shoe and lock the shoe is troublesome

Place is clean staff are very polite the Manager, Mr Reuben was kind to change our double room and it was a good size and comfortable lighting in the room was nice and bright. parking provided in the premises was very good and safe place feels safe as the gate and front door are always locked

no hand washing soap provided at the sink. the cups and spoons provided were not washed properly...sticky pillows, though soft, were too thick. the superior deluxe room that was first given is not suitable to be provided as a double room.

Bed is not comfortable, soundproofing is not good, there is cockroache in the toilet.
