The apartments are a bit too old, and they require a bit of renovation, but nothing major in my room.

We booked an Apartment with Kitchenette but we weren't given that room. Staff were great and did what they could but just wasn't what we paid for.

AUHamzah, the manager, and the other staff are the best thing about this place. They are so amazingly helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, and always with a smile. The pool is great to chill in and it's in a quiet area but still just a short drive from Kuta town.
There are many improvements that could be made to the rooms as a bit more investment would improve it no end (water proofing to prevent mould, replace doors as our lock/handle literally fell off). The staff do their best but they can only do so much.
GBI can’t speak any higher about this place. Incredibly kind and accommodating staff who will go above and beyond to make your experience great. We had issues with leaking air con in our first room and also the door handle fell off as I had to pull the door hard to close it fully. Hamzah the manager was very apologetic and immediately offered us an alternative room. We then got helped by the staff to move our stuff over. He then checked in on us to make sure we were happy. He was always easy to get hold of after this. The other workers were very friendly too and also helped arrange our laundry to be done and collected this for us. The value for money at this place was unbelievable. The room was comfy, air con worked really well, the rooms looked lovely inside and outside. The pool area was well maintained and had bean bags to sit on under umbrellas. The pool was a nice temperature. One of the best places we’ve stayed in in a while. Free refillable water jug in room also. Thank you Hamzah for being so accommodating and friendly
