Buyukhanli Park Hotel

I have been booking hotels through Booking.com for over 10 years and have stayed in numerous hotels across different countries. However, I have never encountered a hotel with such a lack of responsibility and professionalism as yours. I booked two rooms at your hotel for my friends and their children. According to your policy, an extra bed should have been provided free of charge for the 2-year-old and 5-year-old children. However, upon arrival, no extra beds were provided. Instead, your staff suggested that we book another room for the children, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the rooms have a very unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which makes the stay even more uncomfortable.

- Location is close to many interesting places - Room is spacious and has good beds - Big bathroom

- I wished the air condition was as cold as the pool - We had to wait a long time for check-in - for like 20 minutes we were more or less ignored - No information was given at check-in about breakfast times, wifi or the pool times. - There is no laundry service as described. There is only sort of a washroom where you can do your laundry by yourself. We only found out because there were guests who spoke our language and Turkish - the English of the staff at the reception desk is not reliable. - The air condition was broken in the whole building. Why don't you mention this on check-in??
