Heliophos Villa Aelia

The Hosts and their family are probably the best hosts on the Island. They been helpful and been doing all they could to help us with any matter. We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Aelia! The property (inside and outside) are even more beautiful, comfortable and peaceful than what you can see on the photos. To top it all the hosts are amazing! Vangelis always responded within minutes if we had any question, and his lovely mother came the night before we checked out to come say goodbye and gifted us all a bracelet to remind us of our wonderful stay in Kiotari.

There was nothing we didn't like about the property, only small thing was the abandoned building in the field next to the property, but it was easy to ignore with the beauty of the villa and gardens.

The interior design and decor gave off a good vibe with sea views from the pool and balconies. The hosts were excellent and really helpful highlighting the best restaurants and locations to visit during your stay.

Heliophos Villa Aelia is nothing short of a moviestar home; and the owners (Mom and Son) treat you like one too! This was our first time to Rhodes and we chose Kiotari because of its central location to some of the island’s prettiest spots. We first reserved hotel accommodations but quickly changed to Villa Aelia after evaluating the “bang for the buck” scenario. Needless to say: no 5-star hotel can compete with this kind of vacation home! Everything is first class; the home itself is smart and wired up to next generation digital standards. Superfast WiFi, central security controls including automatic gate and camera. Fully equipped kitchen with the latest in kitchen appliances. Beautiful and very spacious living quarters, including 3 bathrooms with high-pressure showers and hot water. The outside garden and pool area are the epitome of celebrity living; flowers and plants all around, sunbeds, a new pool and a swing with breathtaking views of the sea; also your view from the two bedrooms with balconies. Super comfy beds, high quality linens and amenities round out the luxury feel and look of the home. But the hosts are the reason why Heliophos Villa Aelia is very special to us; never in the many years of travelling the globe did we feel so welcome and appreciated. Both, Son and Mom, attended to our every need, they worked so hard on ever improving our guest experience, even when everything was already so perfect. Thank you! We highly recommend staying at Heliophos Villa Aelia – any one of their three homes will make you feel super special.

Nothing to do with the property; still remnants of the devastating wildfires of 2023 linger around Kiotari. It is sad to see all that was destroyed in the fires, luckily the Heliophos Villa Aelia survived it unscathed. Save human lives and wildlife this year and help prevent fires.
