Lake Avenue Apartment

Nice location.

No paper towels, or dish towels. No coffee filters. Ice cube trays? Please! Bathroom was micro size and no counter space. Cigarette burns in couch.Only a window unit for air, but couldn’t find anywhere to get heat! Dim to no lighting on the interior stairwell up to our second story apt. Dangerous! Many tenants in this old building and it sounds like elephants walking around upstairs. Finally, I am an art fan. If you are creeped out by paintings by Salvador Dali, you probably wouldn’t want to stay here.

Great stay right at the edge of the park! Amazing green views from the windows and close to everything. This place was well kept and maintained and had everything we need. Will come again!

Bed was broke

Rooms and the bedsheet smelled weeds And the bed was making cracking sound and literally broke during the night . I had to vacate at 3:30 am because I found it unsafe to sleep on broken bed

The little apartment is in a very good location, very close to the city and a beach. The place did have a somewhat strong smell of weed but you quickly get used to the smell. The place had everything you needed except for eating utensils. This has nothing to do with the place but the upstairs neighbors are incredibly disrespectful, stomping back and forth yelling and barking at each other until 3am.
