Urban Gallery Retreat

Super Unterkunft mitten im Herzen von Zagreb! Beim Ankommen waren wir zunächst etwas überrascht, da man durch einen eher ungewöhnlichen Hinterhof fährt – doch sobald wir die Wohnung betreten haben, waren wir begeistert. Modern, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – einfach top! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

L'appartamento era accogliente con tutto il necessario. La posizione era ottima: tram a due passi con il quale ci siamo spostati in pochissimo tempo ovunque altrimenti Il centro era a 15 minuti a piedi.

Lage sehr gut. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Gratis-Stellplatz vorhanden, obgleich das Parken mit einem größeren Auto zu einer Herausforderung wird. Generell ist das Apartment für 1, 2 Nächte in Ordnung.

Das Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Mini-Fenster zum Lichthof/Innenhof. Man spürt die Straßenbahn, wenn sie vorbeifährt. Ausstattung der Küche könnte noch eine Spur besser sein.

Don't drive as parking extremely tricky . Also it is noisy with the trams if you are a light sleeper

It's a nice apartment, there is a loft above the main room and a bedroom so would be good if you have a larger party. Apartment was comfortable. Also 20 minute walk to the center of town and directly next to tram stop, and fully equipped with washing machine. Someone else complained about the tram noise but this was actually not a problem, you can hear them as they go past though but it is not loud at all.

You have to pay 150€ security deposit through a separate portal which I don't remember ever needing to do in Croatia for an apartment. Everything is done through property management portal which was also different to my expectations, I had much less contact with hosts than usual for Croatian apartment rental. Apartment smelled like cigarette smoke when I entered, yes it is Croatia but this was also my first time in a long time with this particular problem, I think what had happened is that either last person had smoked or someone had smoked underneath window which was open for my arrival as it got better over my stay Bathroom was smaller than usual.

The instructions were good, the apartmant was nice and clean, we had everything we needed and i would totally come back again when visiting Zagreb
