Closeness to the ship terminal. Location to the market and shopping, close to restaurants. Loved the pillows, they were very comfy not like others that bunch up of go flat. Staff we friendly and helpful.

Whilst the bed was comfortable it was a too high. Would not be good for people with a back problems. There should be separate Shampoo and conditioner not an all in one. Not enough power outlets in the room

The staff was exceptional. So helpful. Went out of their way to make things easy.

Only negative was breakfast. They could use more variety. More fresh fruit

Basic breakfast but good. Location is perfect.

was a bit pricey but everything thing else was fine.
